About modification of the Order of the Government No. 570/2009 about approval of some regulations for implementation of regulations of the Code on subsoil

Based on part (1) article 36 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 570/2009 about approval of some regulations for implementation of regulations of the Code on subsoil (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 144-147, 633), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in all text of appendices No. 1, the 2 and 3 text "The Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "The ministry of the environment" in the corresponding grammatical form;

2) in appendix No. 2:

a) state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. The commission is created from 9 people and includes representatives of the Ministry of the environment, the Agency on geology and mineral resources, the Ministries of Economics and digitalizations, the Ministries of infrastructure and regional development and the Ministry of Finance.";

b) add with Item 11-1 of the following content:

"11-1. The commission gathers as required, but at least once a quarter, after approval by the Ministry of the environment of the list of the subsoil plots provided in use of the Agency on geology and mineral resources.".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
