About modification of the Order of the Government No. 345/2022 about the international aid provided to the Republic of Moldova by Romania

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 345/2022 about the international aid provided to the Republic of Moldova by Romania (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 151-157, 403), to make the following changes:

1) in all text of the resolution the word "appendix" in any grammatical form to replace with the text "appendix No. 1" in the corresponding grammatical form;

Item 2 to state 2) in the following edition:

"2. To general inspectorate on emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to provide gasoline and diesel fuel in the quantities provided in appendix No. 1, with accomplishment of customs procedures, their transfer and subsequent distribution to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Defence according to appendix No. 2.";

3) in item 4 of the word "the products listed in appendix" to replace with the text "the amount of fuel oil provided in appendix No. 1,";

4) in Item 5 the text "the products listed in appendix" to replace with the text "the amount of fuel oil provided in appendix No. 1,", and to replace the word "their" with the word "its";

5) Items 7 and 9 to recognize invalid;

Item 10 to add 6) with the words "and Ministry of Defence";

To add 7) with appendix No. 2 of the following content:
