About approval of Changes in Regulations on procedure of authorization of activities of suppliers of financial payment services and limited payment services
According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 6, of 8, of 10, 11 Laws of Ukraine "About payment services", for the purpose of reduction in compliance with requirements of the Law of Ukraine of January 12, 2023 No. 2888-IX "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other legal acts of Ukraine of rather payment services", the Law of Ukraine "About media", and also enhancement of procedure of authorization of activities of suppliers of financial payment services and limited payment services the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the change in Regulations on procedure of authorization of activities of suppliers of financial payment services and limited payment services approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of October 07, 2022 No. 217 (with changes) (further - changes in the Provision) which are applied.
2. To department of payment systems and innovative development (Andrey Podderegin) after official publication to inform payment service providers of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Alexey Shaban.
