The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Leave the Agreement on carrying out coordinated policy in determination of transit fares signed on January 17, 1997 in Moscow, ratified with clauses the Law of Ukraine of February 10, 1998 No. 104/98-BP (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998, No. 26, the Art. 152).

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
