About modification of article 51 of the Law of Ukraine "About complete general secondary education" concerning advanced training of pedagogical workers in question of provision of psychological support to participants of educational process

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Paragraph one of part two of article 51 of the Law of Ukraine "About complete general secondary education" (2020, No. 31, the Art. 226) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with words and figures "and at least 10 percent of total quantity of hours - on enhancement of knowledge, abilities and practical skills regarding rendering psychological support to participants of educational process".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective in one month from the date of its publication, except Item 2 of this Section which becomes effective from the date of publication of this Law.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of publication of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries, other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
