Based on the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 17, 2006 "About some questions of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 20, 2006 No. 622" the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of statistics and analysis of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus DECIDE No. 1543:

1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for revaluation of the fixed assets which are not completed by construction of facilities and the unspecified equipment.

2. According to the competence determined by legal acts and the orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus perform methodological ensuring carrying out revaluation of the fixed assets which are not completed by construction of facilities and the unspecified equipment (further - property):

The ministry of statistics and analysis of the Republic of Belarus - concerning calculation of coefficients of change in value of types (groups) of fixed assets;

The Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus - concerning calculation of coefficients of change in value of construction, commissioning, other works and costs;

The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of statistics and analysis of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus - concerning application of coefficients of change in value of the fixed assets which are not completed by construction of facilities, the unspecified equipment and coefficients of change in value of types (groups) of fixed assets, construction, commissioning, other works and costs;

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus - concerning financial accounting of revaluation of fixed assets and the unspecified equipment and reflection of results of their revaluation in accounting records;

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus - concerning financial accounting of revaluation not completed by construction of facilities and reflections of results of their revaluation in accounting records;

The ministry of statistics and analysis of the Republic of Belarus - concerning reflection in the state statistical reporting of results of revaluation of property.

3. Approve form of approval of the owner of application of index method of revaluation according to appendix.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
