1. Approve Regulations on procedure for functioning of fund of repair and development of Owners' Association in condominium it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

The regulations on procedure for functioning of fund of repair and development of Owners' Association in condominium (further - the Provision) establish procedure for the organization, functioning and management of financial resources of fund of repair and development of Owners' Association in condominium (further - fund).
2. For the purpose of this provision the concepts determined in the Law No. 187/2022 on condominium and also the following concepts are used:
1) forming of fund - accumulating of financial resources from the permitted sources for financing of fund;
