About change of the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of March 10, 2022 No. 7

Based on the paragraph of third Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" of subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of March 10, 2022 No. 7 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" the following changes:

1.1. in Item 1 of Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 5.31.1 "Receipt of permission to the admission to the MDP procedure and use of MDP of books" approved by this resolution:

in subitem 1.3.2 of the word "valid special permission (license) for the activities implementation right" shall be replaced with words "license for activities";

in paragraph three of subitem 1.3.4 of the word "implementation right" to replace with the word "implementation";

1.2. in subitem 1.3.1 of Item 1 of Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 5.31.2 "Modification of permission to the admission to the MDP procedure and use of MDP of books" approved by this resolution of the word "valid special permission (license) for the activities implementation right" shall be replaced with words "license for activities";
