1. Establish selling prices on original alcoholic beverages with a strength over 28 percent according to appendix.

Selling prices on original alcoholic beverages with a strength over 28 percent, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, extend to the original alcoholic beverages with a strength over 28 percent made and realized without consumer pack in pouring in the territory of the cultural and ethnographic centers, national parks and reserves, other objects of the Republic of Belarus on which they are made.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
