About modification of the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About streamlining of activities of the state companies" of September 11, 2019 No. 468

For the purpose of rendering the state support in updating of material and technical resources of the state companies, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About streamlining of activities of the state companies" of September 11, 2019 No. 468 the following changes:

Item 5-2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"5-2. Determine that operation of this resolution does not extend to the state company "Chong-Alaykomur" and the state company "Joint Stock Company-Talaa Komur".";

To add 2) with Items 5-4 - 5-5 following contents:

"5-4. Determine that all state companies are exempted from payment of 50 percent of net profit in the budget following the results of work from 2022 for 2025 inclusive.
