I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 16, 2019 No. 261 "About approval of Lists of medicines of any forms used (applied) in the field of veterinary science including pharmaceutical substances (active pharmaceutical substances); products of veterinary appointment, including prosthetic and orthopedic products, and the veterinary equipment; materials and medicines of any forms used (applied) in the field of veterinary science, including pharmaceutical substances (active pharmaceutical substances) and products of veterinary appointment, including prosthetic and orthopedic products, and the veterinary equipment completing for production which turnovers on realization and import are exempted from the value added tax" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 19065) the following changes:

the list of medicines of any forms used (applied) in the field of veterinary science; products of veterinary appointment, including prosthetic and orthopedic products, and the veterinary equipment; materials, the equipment and medicines of any forms used (applied) in the field of veterinary science, and products of veterinary appointment, including prosthetic and orthopedic products, and the veterinary equipment completing for production which import is exempted from the value added tax, approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix 2 to this order.
2. To provide to committee of veterinary control and supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
