About modification of the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About streamlining of activities of the state companies" of September 11, 2019 No. 468

For the purpose of development of coal industry and financial improvement of the state company "Kyrgyzkomur" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About streamlining of activities of the state companies" of September 11, 2019 No. 468 the following change:

- to add Item 5-4 after the word "inclusive" with words ", except for the state company "Kyrgyzkomur" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic which is exempted from payment of 50 percent of net profit in the budget following the results of work from 2021 for 2025 inclusive.".

2. Permit the state company "Kyrgyzkomur" to direct in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic 50 percent of the net profit of the company from 2021 for 2025 inclusive which is subject to budget contribution to updating of material and technical resources (repayment of payments on lysinedin) and implementation of the strategic plan of development.

3. To the state agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, to the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to make changes to the plan of assignment of part of net profit of the state companies in connection with adoption of this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
