1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of January 21, 2022 No. 9 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures in the field of protection of atmospheric air" the following changes:
1.1. in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 6.7.1 "Receipt of the certificate on the confirmation of origin of energy" approved by this resolution:
in subitem 1.3.1 of Item 1 of the word "in part" shall be replaced with words "in paragraphs the first or fourth speak rapidly";
