About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Charge to the supervisory board of the state corporation of development of "ВЭБ.РФ" to approve in a month limit of the funds allocated for financing of the "Investments into Technological Leaders" program provided by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 22, 2020 No. 2204 "About some questions of realization of the state support of innovative activities, including by venture and (or) direct funding of innovative projects, and recognition voided the act of the Government of the Russian Federation and separate provision of the act of the Government of the Russian Federation" (in edition of this resolution).

3. Recommend to the state corporation of development "ВЭБ.РФ":

a) in 3-month time to provide introduction in accordance with the established procedure of changes in method of calculation of values of capital adequacy ratios and sufficiency of the basic capital of the state corporation of development of "ВЭБ.РФ" according to the paragraph to third Item 61 of the Memorandum of financial policy of the state corporation of development of "ВЭБ.РФ" approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 10, 2021 No. 2208-r (in edition of this resolution);

b) not enable financial provision the realization of innovative projects according to the program specified in Item 2 of this resolution before modification of method of calculation of values of capital adequacy ratios and the sufficiency of the basic capital of the state corporation of development of "ВЭБ.РФ" provided by the subitem "an" of this Item.
