RESOLUTION OF NATIONAL STATISTICAL COMMITTEE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of June 2, 2014 No. 49

Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of June 2, 2014 No. 49 "About approval of form of the state static reporting 12-tek (inventories of suppliers) "The stock report of oil, oil products and natural gas" and instructions for its filling" the following changes:

1.1. to state preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:

"Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 12-tek (inventories of suppliers) "The stock report of oil, oil products and natural gas" (is attached) and to enact it starting with the report as of January 1, 2015;

1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12-tek (inventories of suppliers) "The stock report of oil, oil products and natural gas" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report as of January 1, 2015";

1.2. exclude Item 2;

1.3. in Item 3 of the word "Item 1" shall be replaced with words "subitem 1.1 of Item 1";

1.4. in the form of the state statistical reporting 12-tek (inventories of suppliers) "The stock report of the oil, oil products and natural gas" approved by this resolution:

in the detail "Information on Responsibility" of the word "according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "according to legal acts";
