About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation and recognition voided separate provision of the act of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Declare invalid the subitem "v" of Item of 5 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 17, 2022 No. 1431 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 35, the Art. 6081), regarding amendment of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 10, 2022 No. 336 "About features of the organization and implementation of the state control (supervision), municipal control" Item 7 (1).

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for following provisions for which this resolution establishes other terms of entry into force:

in the subitem "e" of Item of 3 changes approved by this resolution:

paragraphs the sixteenth and seventeenth become effective since September 1, 2023;
