Approve the Procedure for provision of the state guarantees for ensuring accomplishment of debt obligations of private joint-stock company "Export credit agency" which is applied.

1. This Procedure governs the relations connected with provision of the state guarantees for ensuring accomplishment of debt obligations CIAO Export credit agency (further - society) according to the budget legislation for the purpose of support of export activities.
2. The state guarantees for ensuring accomplishment of the debt obligations arising in case of attraction of means by society (further - the state guarantees), are provided according to the Budget code of Ukraine within the total amount determined by the law On the Government budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year provided that the regulations on possibility of provision of the state guarantees are provided in the specified Law.
3. The state guarantees for ensuring accomplishment of debt obligations of society are provided based on relevant decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
