Bring in Regulations on assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 6, 2022 No. 222 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1297, the Art. 1366, No. 39, the Art. 2080, No. 74, Art. 4492; 2023, No. 2, the Art. 123), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to Regulations on assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market

1. In paragraph one of Item of the 5th figure and the word "April 30, 2023." to replace with figures and the words "August 31, 2023.

2. In Item of the 8th figure and the word "April 30, 2023." to replace with figures and the words "August 31, 2023.", and after words and figures "according to Items 5-7" to add with words and figures "and Item 8-1".

3. In Item 8-1:
