The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Determine that for warlike situation and within three months after its termination or cancellation the state company "reintegration and recovery" has the right to lease state-owned property without holding the auction.
2. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 3, 2020 No. 483 "Some questions of lease of the state-owned and utility property" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 51, Art. 1585; 2022, No. 81, the Art. 4936) and of April 28, 2021 No. 630 "Some questions of calculation of the rent for state-owned property" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 51, Art. 3151; 2022, No. 46, the Art. 2528, No. 81, the Art. 4936) the enclosed changes.
