Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 19, 2022 No. 812 "About approval of the Regulations on assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market concerning features of supply of natural gas to producers of heat energy and budgetary institutions" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 59, the Art. 3559, No. 62, Art. 3727; 2023, No. 2, the Art. 136, No. 38, the Art. 2010) changes which are applied.

1. In item 4 of the resolution of the word and figures "till April 30, 2023 (inclusive)" shall be replaced with words also in figures "till August 31, 2023 (inclusive)".
2. In Regulations on the assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market concerning features of supply of natural gas to producers of heat energy and budgetary institutions approved by the specified resolution:
In paragraph one of Item 5 of the word and figures "till April 30, 2023 (inclusive)" shall be replaced with words 1) also in figures "till August 31, 2023 (inclusive)";
In paragraph one of Item 6 of the word and figures "till April 30, 2023 (inclusive)" shall be replaced with words 2) also in figures "till August 31, 2023 (inclusive)";
