According to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About electronic communications" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the amount of payment for licensing for use of radio-frequency range (radio-frequency resource) according to appendix.

2. Determine that the payment is levied:

for renewal of licenses to use radio-frequency range (radio-frequency resource) in the amount of 650 hryvnias;

for prolongation of effective period of the license in the amount of payment for licensing for use of radio-frequency range (radio-frequency resource) for the term determined in amount of payment.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.
