About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

Based on subitem 12.4 of Item 12 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Item 1 of appendix 1 to the Regulations on procedure for preparation and issue of allowing documentation on construction of facilities approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 20, 2007 No. 223, of the word "and advanced trainings of leading employees and specialists" shall be replaced with words ", preparation, advanced training and retraining of personnel";

1.2. in Item of 1 appendix to the Regulations on procedure for acceptance for operation of construction objects approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2011 No. 716, of the word "and advanced trainings of leading employees and specialists" shall be replaced with words ", preparation, advanced training and retraining of personnel";

1.3. in Regulations on procedure for issue of permissions to special water use, introduction of changes in them and (or) amendments, prolongation of term, the termination of their action and issue of duplicates, and also issue of the conclusions about possibility of production of the amounts of underground waters declared by the water user, No. 152 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 2, 2015:

in Item 7:

in part one:

to exclude from paragraph two of the word "on paper and (or) electronic carriers";

third to exclude the paragraph;
