About approval of the Procedure for the order currency values (except securities), precious metals and gemstones, gemstones of organogenic education and semiprecious stones which carry over the state

In pursuance of Item 6 (the paragraph 2) of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 25.08.98 of N1340 "About the Accounting Treatment, Storages, Estimates of the Seized and Other Property Which Carries Over the State, and the Order It" I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for the order by currency values (except securities), precious metals and gemstones, gemstones of organogenic education and semiprecious stones which carry over the state (further the Procedure) that is applied.

2. Take into consideration that noted Procedure affirms also the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine.

3. Consider invalid the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and the National Bank of Ukraine of 18.12.95 of N202/122.

4. Control of observance of requirements of the Procedure is imposed on the First Deputy Minister of Finance P.K.Germanchuk.
