The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Accounting treatment, preserving, estimates of the seized and other property which carries over the state and orders by it it (is applied).

2. The means received from realization of the property seized by a court decision and other property which carries over the state except the property withdrawn by customs authorities concerning which the judgment about confiscation is passed, and the means specified in Item 3 of this resolution are enlisted in the government budget with subtraction of the amounts of commission fee which is given to the company, organization, the organization which is entrusted to dispose of property according to the signed agreement.

The commission fee which size shall not exceed 20 percent of the amount of the means received from realization of property is established on contractual basis.

3. Distribution of the means received from sales of goods and the vehicles of commercial appointment specified in part seven of Article 293 of the Customs code of Ukraine, the order by property which was under customs control and which owner did not address for it in the time established by the Customs code of Ukraine and also the tool of illegal getting of natural resources and illegal is performed by the got natural resources or products developed from them according to the legislation.

5. To the Ministry of Finance:

provide accounting of regulations of this resolution during preparation of the draft of the government budget on 1999 and the next years;
