1. Recognize invalid orders of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine:

1) of August 22, 2013 No. 508 "About approval of the Procedure for normative money value of lands of nonagricultural appointment (except lands of settlements)", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 12, 2013 at No. 1573/24105;

2) of November 25, 2016 No. 489 "About approval of the Procedure for normative money value of lands of settlements", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 19, 2016 at No. 1647/29777;

3) of May 23, 2017 No. 262 "About approval of the Procedure for normative money value of lands of agricultural purpose", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 31, 2017 at No. 679/30547.

2. To provide to department of regulation of land relations in accordance with the established procedure submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister according to distribution of obligations.
