The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure of transfer into Ukrainian of acts of the European Union by acquiscommunautaire and into English of the acts of the legislation of Ukraine connected with accomplishment of obligations of Ukraine in the field of the European integration which is applied.
2. Determine that:
the organization and planning of transfer into Ukrainian of acts of the European Union acquiscommunautaire and into English of acts of the legislation of Ukraine provides government office of coordination of the European and Euro-Atlantic integration of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;
implementation of transfer into Ukrainian of acts of the European Union, into English of acts of the legislation of Ukraine, and also updating of the glossary of terms of acts of the European Union acquiscommunautaire provides to acquiscommunautaire public institution "Office on attraction and support of investments".
3. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 "About approval of Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, Art. 3199; 2014, No. 24, Art. 735; 2017, No. 53, Art. 1605; 2021, No. 1, the Art. 46) and of October 4, 2017 No. 759 "About government office of coordination of the European and Euro-Atlantic integration" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 84, the Art. 2565) the enclosed changes.
