Based on the paragraph of the fourth of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2010 No. 225-Z "About external labor migration" and paragraph one of subitem 7.1 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine the list of professions of workers (positions of employees) to which the foreign citizens or stateless persons which do not have permission to permanent residence in the Republic of Belarus without restrictions on protection of the national labor market, for 2023 according to appendix are involved.
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2023.
