Based on the paragraph of the fifth of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2010 No. 225-Z "About external labor migration", paragraph one of subitem 7.1 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589, of subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2007 No. 611, and subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 967, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDE:

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure and conditions of issue of the conclusion about possibility of implementation by the foreign citizen or the person without citizenship in the Republic of Belarus for labor activity it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2023.
