About approval of the Procedure for receipt of the certificate of the right of work with pesticides

According to part two of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About pesticides and agrochemicals" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for receipt of the certificate of the right of work with the enclosed pesticides.

2. Determine that admissions (certificates) on the right of the work connected with transportation, storage, application and trade in pesticides and agrochemicals issued before entry into force of this resolution are acting during the term for which they are issued.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.

4. This resolution becomes effective since June 28, 2023.

Procedure for receipt of the certificate of the right of work with pesticides

1. This Procedure determines conditions of receipt of the certificate of the right of work with pesticides (further - the certificate) persons whose activities are connected with the organization of works on storage and/or use of pesticides or with work on their transportation, storage, application, and also with trade in pesticides.

2. Action of this Procedure does not extend to the physical persons applying pesticides to own needs which are not connected with implementation of economic activity provided that such pesticides are resolved for retail sale to the population in melkofasovanny type.
