About modification of the Standard agreement of lease of protective constructions of civil protection

Bring in the Standard agreement of lease of protective constructions of civil protection approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 10, 2017 No. 138 "Some questions of use of protective constructions of civil protection" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 24, the Art. 682), the enclosed changes.

1. To exclude paragraph two of Item 37.
2. Add the Standard agreement with Item 37-1 of the following content:
"37-1. The agreement is broken off unilaterally in case:
violations by the lessee of requirements of the Procedure for use in peace time of protective constructions of civil protection for economic, cultural and domestic needs approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 10, 2017 No. 138 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 24, the Art. 682);
failures to carry out by the lessee of the requirements determined by the Code of civil protection of Ukraine for reduction in readiness of the protective constructions which are in the state-owned or utility property for acceptance of the population in case of reduction of single state system of civil protection, its components in high alert, emergence of emergency situation, introduction of emergency state and during the special period;
