About modification of the Procedure for filling of the declaration on goods

According to Item 5 of Article 105 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the Procedure for filling of the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 257, of change according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective since April 1, 2025, but not earlier than after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

The changes made to the Procedure for filling of the declaration on goods

1. In Item 15:

a) in paragraph five (after the table) subitem 10 to replace the word "two-place" with the word "two-digit";

b) to replace the last paragraph of subitem 18 with paragraphs of the following content:

"The column can not be filled in in case of preliminary or periodic customs declaring if missing data are declared in adjustment of DT in the terms established by the Code or in other terms if they are stipulated by the legislation state member of the Union about customs regulation.

In the Republic of Belarus in case of declaration of goods of the graph it is not filled;";

c) to replace the last paragraph of subitem 21 with paragraphs of the following content:
