According to the subitem 6) Article 15 and the subitem 3) item 4 of article 227 of the Social code of the Republic of Kazakhstan Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the DECIDES: financial market

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of the conclusion of the contract of retirement annuity with insurance company and transfer of pension savings (the redemption amount) of insurance company, single accumulation pension fund under the agreement of retirement annuity, and also procedure and terms of data exchange under contracts of retirement annuity with the organization for forming and maintaining the database on insurance (further - Rules).

2. Declare invalid the resolution of Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market of October 20, 2022 No. 73 "About approval of Rules of the conclusion of the contract of retirement annuity with insurance company and transfer of pension savings (the redemption amount) of insurance company, single accumulation pension fund under the agreement of retirement annuity" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 30325).

3. To provide to department of the insurance market and actuarial calculations in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
