RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of renewable energy resources

For the purpose of enhancement of the legislation in the field of renewable energy resources, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the List of the specialized goods and the equipment intended for construction of power stations on the basis of use of the renewable energy resources which are subject to exemption of the VAT when importing for the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 4, 2021 No. 196 the following changes:

1) in the List of the specialized goods and the equipment intended for construction of power stations on the basis of use of the renewable energy resources which are subject to exemption of the VAT when importing for the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

Section "Small Hydroelectric Power Station (MGES)":

- add with the paragraph third the following content:

"

8410 13 000 0

Turbines hydraulic and water wheels capacity more than 10000 kW, but no more than 30000 kW
