About procedure for transportation of separate types of wood and (or) products of its conversion by load road transport and about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Determine that transportation of separate types of wood and (or) products of its conversion classified in line items 4403 (except for 4403 11 000, 4403 12 000 1, 4403 12 000 2, 4403 12 000 3, 4403rd 21, 4403rd 22, 4403rd 23, 4403rd 24, 4403rd 25, 4403 26 000 0, 4403rd 91, 4403rd 93, 4403 94 000 0 and 4403 99 000 1), 4404, 4406, the 4407th single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - forest products), is performed by load road transport through the check points specified in the electronic accompanying document for transportation of forest products through frontier of the Russian Federation (stationary checkpoints) according to appendix in the following cases:

a) forest products from the Russian Federation are transported out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, and also to the third countries through the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union;

b) forest products follow from state member of the Eurasian Economic Union in other state member of the Eurasian Economic Union through the territory of the Russian Federation;

c) forest products follow from state member of the Eurasian Economic Union out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union through the territory of the Russian Federation.

2. Action of Item 1 of this resolution does not extend to forest products if they move between the Kaliningrad region and other part of the territory of the Russian Federation, and also to the Republic of Armenia.
