About modification and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with determination of additional measures for the system organization of rest and to further enhancement of work on improvement of children

In recent years certain work on the organization of rest of children, their improvement and informative carrying out free time is carried out.

In particular, for the purpose of the system and effective organization of activities of children's camps the Republican commission on questions of the system organization of rest and improvement of children was created, management in the field of is organized on the basis of single system.

For the purpose of establishing activities of children's recreation camps on the basis of single system, improvement of their financial condition and expansion of scale of involvement of children in the camp of 65 children's camps are transferred to system of Federation of trade unions of Uzbekistan, the list providing prohibition on realization or change of type of activity of 35 children's camps which are in system of other organizations is approved.

Legal basis of establishing activities of vacation spots out of rest season in children's camps is established.

For the purpose of full support and creation of necessary conditions for implementation of effective activities of children's camps in the course of system establishing children's rest and the organization of improving work:

1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:

reduction in compliance of acts of the legislation in connection with transfer of some children's recreation camps on balance of Federation of trade unions of Uzbekistan, and also imposing of prohibition on realization or change of type of activity of some of them;

creation of the Republican commission on questions of the system organization of rest and improvement of children based on the Coordination panel on ensuring system control and monitoring of development and implementation of measures for the organization of rest and improvement of children;
