According to part five of article 39-3 of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out the enclosed technical inventory count.
2. Make changes to the enclosed resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
3. Determine that:
1) in case of the termination of activities in the field of technical inventory count within three months the contractor enters materials of technical inventory count of real estate units in the register of construction activities or transfers to body, authorized to record real estate units on the location of such objects;
2) the inventory cases created before introduction of Single state electronic system in the field of construction, materials of technical inventory count are entered into the Single state electronic system in the field of construction by physical persons entrepreneurs and legal entities who according to part two of article 39-3 of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities" carry out technical inventory count of real estate units, according to the Procedure for maintaining Single state electronic system in the field of construction approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 23, 2021 No. 681 "Some questions of ensuring functioning of single state electronic system in the field of construction" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 55, by the Art. 3401);
