About the Development program of export of the Republic of Tajikistan for the period till 2015

1. Approve the Development program of export of the Republic of Tajikistan for the period till 2015 it (is applied).

2. To the ministries and departments, local executive bodies of the government, the companies and other organizations, irrespective of patterns of ownership to take specific measures for program implementation of development of export of the Republic of Tajikistan for the period till 2015.

3. For the period till 2015 to assign functions of coordination of organizational and executive and financial work of accomplishment of the Development program of export of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.

4. To the ministries and departments, executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas, to the business entities irrespective of patterns of ownership making the goods oriented to export and import-substituting annually till November I to represent to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan the following information:

5. 6. The Ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to promote development of the priority directions of export by implementation of measures for their state support and stimulation.

7. To the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the interested ministries and departments of the republic to prepare and provide to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan the offer by training and to use of Innovative fund of development of export.

8. Recommend to National Bank of Tajikistan joint to provide commercial banks preferential and long-term lending of domestic exporters with interest payment in the amount of half of discount rate (refunding rate) of National Bank of Tajikistan.
