About approval of the Technical regulation of means of civil protection
According to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About technical regulations and assessment of conformity" and article 46 of the Code of civil protection of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Technical regulation of means of civil protection.
2. Provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs implementation of the Technical regulation of means of civil protection approved by this resolution.
3. Determine that provision in the market of means of civil protection which were introduced into circulation before entry into force of this resolution cannot be forbidden or limited.
4. Bring the enclosed changes in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
5. This resolution becomes effective in one year from the date of its publication.

1. This Technical regulation of means of civil protection (further - the Technical regulation) establishes requirements concerning means of civil protection, their provision in the market, issuance, and also assessment procedure of compliance of such means.
2. Action of this Technical regulation extends on:
1) survival equipment from height and on water, in particular firefighters to which action of the Technical regulation of individual protection equipment does not extend;
2) fire and rescue stock and tools;
3) portable and portable fire extinguishers;
4) fire-fighting substances;
