According to Item 13 of the Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on the organization of management of queues of cargo vehicles before the international check points through frontier of Ukraine for the automobile communication with the help of the electronic system "Electronic Queue of Crossing of Border" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 02, 2022 No. 1349, I order:

1. Approve Rules of passing of electronic queue before the international check point through frontier of Ukraine by means of electronic system and its functioning which are applied.

2. To department of road and air transportation, tourism development and (O. Zadorozhn) to ensure safety on transport in accordance with the established procedure submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To provide to the sector of external communications placement of this order on the official website of the Ministry of development of communities, the territories and infrastructures of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister S. Derkacha.
