About modification of the Procedure for provision of the status of the child injured with military operations and armed conflicts

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure for provision of the status of the child injured with military operations and armed conflicts approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 2017 No. 268 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 35, Art. 1105; 2018, No. 36, Art. 1267; 2019, No. 44, the Art. 1533), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for provision of the status of the child injured with military operations and armed conflicts

1. To state the subitem 3 of Item 2 in the following edition:

"3) psychological violence to which the child as a result of military operations and armed conflicts underwent (further - psychological violence), - moral and psychological sufferings (injuries) of the child which are not requiring the proof and which he had as a result of its accommodation / stay in the conditions of military operations, armed conflicts, temporary occupation, its internal transfer or movement abroad, as a result of leaving of the place of residence/stay in result or in order to avoid negative effects of armed conflict, and also death (loss without message), hits to captivity, death as a result of her parents received as a result of armed conflict of wound, contusion or mutilation in the territory of Ukraine or abroad or one of them - from among civilians, and also her parents or one of them - from among persons the died (died) Defender or the Defender of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 23, 2015 No. 740 determined by Item 2 of the Procedure for provision of the status of the family member (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 78, Art. 2605; 2022, No. 57, Art. 3390).".
