About modification of Requirements to the list and contents of documents for provision of the expert opinion on the level of emergency situation

According to Item 23 parts two of article 17-1 of the Code of civil protection of Ukraine, for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in the field of civil protection in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine ORDER:

1. Make to the section II of Requirements to the list and contents of the documents for provision of the expert opinion on the level of emergency situation approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of September 04, 2014 No. 905, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 01, 2014 at No. 1193/25970, the following changes:

Item 1 in paragraph three the word "previous" to exclude 1);

2) in paragraph five of the subitem 2 of Item 2 of the word and figures "resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 30, 2011 No. 1232 "Some questions of investigation and accounting of accidents, occupational diseases and accidents on production"" shall be replaced with words also in figures "resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 17, 2019 No. 337 "About approval of the Procedure for investigation and accounting of accidents, occupational diseases and accidents on production"".

2. To management of interaction with Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Koreva Yu.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
