According to Item 23 parts two of article 17 of the Code of civil protection of Ukraine, ORDER to Item 18 of the Procedure for use of means of the budget reserve fund approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 29, 2002 No. 415, and Item 11 of the Procedure for classification of emergency situations by their levels approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 24, 2004 No. 368, for the purpose of ensuring preparation of expert opinions on the level of emergency situations:

1. Approve Requirements to the list and contents of documents for provision of the expert opinion on the level of emergency situation which are applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of emergency situations of Ukraine of September 15, 2011 No. 1000 "About approval of Requirements to the list and contents of documents for provision of the expert opinion on the level of emergency situation of technogenic and natural nature", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 11, 2011 on No. 1173/19911.

3. To provide to department of legal providing the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (D.V.'s Gorbas) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
