According to the Regulations on the Ministry of emergency situations of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 06.04.2011 No. 402, Procedure for classification of emergency situations of technogenic and natural nature by their levels approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 24.03.2004 No. 368, I ORDER:
1. Approve Requirements to the list and contents of documents for provision of the expert opinion on the level of emergency situation of technogenic and natural nature which prlagatsya.
2. (Kvashuk V. P.) together with Legal support division (Povoroznik R. R.) to provide to department of civil protection provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Booth V. P.
