1. Create the state company "Kyrgyzfarmation" under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Approve the Charter of the state company "Kyrgyzfarmation" under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1.

3. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 15, 2021 No. 249 the following change:

4. To fund for management of state-owned property under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic to provide storage with accommodation the state company "Kyrgyzfarmation" under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, including at the expense of asset holders, objects of state-owned property, on terms of the contract of free use.

5. To the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure:

1) to perform registration of the state company "Kyrgyzfarmation" under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic in judicial authorities;

2) to perform issue of the corresponding licenses;
