About approval of the Regulations on information exchange of authorized institutions concerning accounts of nonresidents in hryvnia and modification of the Regulations on currency supervision
According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 10, 11 Laws of Ukraine "About currency and currency transactions", the Law of Ukraine "About payment services", for the purpose of providing conditions for implementation by authorized institutions of currency supervision of transactions in the hryvnias performed by subjects of currency transactions through these organizations, and enhancement of implementation by authorized institutions of currency supervision of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on information exchange of authorized institutions concerning accounts of nonresidents in hryvnia (further - Regulations on information exchange) which are applied.
2. Item 8 of the Section I of the Regulations on currency supervision approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 03, 2019 No. 13 (with changes) to state in the following edition:
