About modification, and also recognition voided some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with implementation of private property institution concerning the parcels of land of nonagricultural appointment and enhancement of the legislation on immunity of the property right

Adoption of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 8, 2021 No. UP-6243 "About Measures for Ensuring Equality and Transparency in Land Relations, Reliable Protection of Land Rights and Their Transformation into Market Asset" marked the beginning of new stage in development of the legislation on the earth and law-enforcement practice.

As the integral component of reforms in this direction the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-728 "About privatization of the parcels of land of nonagricultural appointment" was adopted on November 15, 2021, and also concerning the parcels of land of nonagricultural appointment the private property institution is implemented.

Due to the job enrichment of funds for indemnification to physical persons and legal entities in connection with withdrawal of the parcels of land at them for social needs according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 24, 2022 No. UP-198 "About Measures for Reliable Protection of Immunity of the Property Right, Non-admission of Unreasonable Intervention in the Property Relations, Increase in Level of Capitalization of Private Property" on their base are created republican and the regional trust funds on compensation of the property harm done to physical persons and legal entities.

For the purpose of review of the existing acts of the legislation in connection with implementation of private property institution concerning the parcels of land of nonagricultural appointment and enhancement of the legislation on immunity of the property right:

1. Make changes to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1, providing:
