Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia of August 6, 2014 No. 650 "About approval of the Instruction on the organization of military transportations by aircrafts of aircraft of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation" <1>.
