About approval of Changes in Rules of development of oil and gas fields

According to article 37 of the Law of Ukraine "About oil and gas", the subitem 122 of item 4 and Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of environment protection and natural resources of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 25, 2020 No. 614, I ORDER:

1. Approve changes in Rules of development of the oil and gas fields approved by the order of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine of March 15, 2017 No. 118, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 02, 2017 at No. 692/30560, which are applied.

2. Concerning waste management and ecological safety (Roman Filonenko) to provide to department submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Evgeny Fedorenko.
