About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About especially protected natural territories"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About especially protected natural territories" of December 26, 2011 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2011, No. 12, Art. 852; 2014, No. 11, Art. 668) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1:

- the eleventh to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-ecological tourism - the tourism type performed in the environment which aim observation of natural landscape, maintenance of environmental protection and respect for integrity of ecosystems;";

- in the paragraph the words "in the scientific, educational and cultural and educational purposes" shall be replaced with words the twelfth "implementation of scientific, educational and cultural and educational activities" and to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon ";";

- add with the paragraph the thirteenth the following content:

"-protection of especially protected natural territories - the activities performed for preserving and recovery of complexes and valuable natural objects, the prevention of pollution, degradation, destruction, ruin, liquidation and other negative impacts of economic activity on them, ensuring compliance with rules of protection and use of especially protected natural territories.".

2. From the paragraph of the eighth of part 1 of Article 3 of the word "resort, medical" to exclude.

3. In the name of Article 4 of the word "State-owned property" shall be replaced with words "Property rights".

4. To add part 1 of article 10 after the word of "fund" with the word of "reserves".
