Article 1. Within process of receipt of statehood by the Republic of Belarus - the member of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization to join to:

Charters of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization signed in St. Petersburg on June 7, 2002 with amendments of September 5, 2003 and of June 15, 2006;

The Shanghai convention on the fight against terrorism, separatism and extremism signed in Shanghai on June 15, 2001 with the amendment of September 5, 2003;

To the agreement between state members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization on Regional anti-terrorist structure signed in St. Petersburg on June 7, 2002 with amendments of September 5, 2003 and of August 16, 2007;

To the security agreement of protection of the classified information within Regional anti-terrorist structure of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization signed in Tashkent on June 17, 2004 with the following statement concerning article 5 of the specified Agreement:

"In the Republic of Belarus degrees of privacy of the classified information which the competent authorities within this agreement and corresponding to these degrees security classifications for its carriers - "Top secret" can exchange, "Confidentially".";

Conventions on privileges and immunities of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization signed in Tashkent on June 17, 2004;

To the agreement between state members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization on cooperation in fight against drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and their precursors signed in Tashkent on June 17, 2004;
